Chef Jonil Casado grew up in New York City, later moved to Miami, and relocated to Boston over 15 years ago. Chef Rosie was raised in the Dominican countryside, where she learned to cook on a traditional wood-fire stove (fogón). Her roots shine through in soulful flavors, rustic techniques, and warm island hospitality. Together, we fuse our culinary backgrounds to deliver meals that are both vibrant and comforting, a true reflection of our cultures and passion for food.
